Downloading the HiLo House app will give clients access to class schedules, booking and managing reservations, purchasing class packages, viewing studio and instructor information and more.HiLo House is where you come to sweat, sculpt and strengthen your entire body on two of the most effective and efficient human-powered machines on the market.
Our machines are high-intensity, yet low impact.Our HiLo Cardio class consists of 30-minutes of interval training on the Versaclimber.Our HiLo Sculpt class is 50-minutes of strengthening and sculpting on the Lagree Megaformer.
